Information we hold

Sign-up information. Creating an account stores your email address and an internal reference for that account. Passwords are never held by us — a dedicated authentication provider manages sign-in.

Material you send us. Pictures you upload, and the instructions you type alongside them, are retained so a result can be generated and returned to you.

Service logs. We record ordinary operational data: which screens were opened, which actions were taken, a rough location inferred from your connection, and your browser and device type.

Purchases. Buying credits creates a record of the item, the amount and the date. Card numbers are captured by our payment partner and are never seen by us.

Producing the results you ask for and keeping them available to you afterwards.

Operating accounts, crediting balances accurately and replying to your messages.

Protecting the service against faults, misuse and fraudulent payment.

Measuring, in aggregate only, which features earn their place.

Disclosure

Your information is never sold, and never shared with advertisers.

A limited set of suppliers helps us run the site — infrastructure, sign-in, payments and result generation. Each receives the minimum needed for its function and may not repurpose it.

Disclosure also happens where a law, court or regulator compels it, or to bring or defend a legal claim.

Retention

Information connected to an open account is kept for as long as that account exists.

Deleting your account removes the account record and the material attached to it. Anything we are legally required to retain, such as transaction history, is kept for the statutory period.

Operational logs and backups expire on their own cycle and are overwritten in turn.

Cookies and similar technology

A few cookies are essential: they maintain your session and remember preferences you have set. A few others support anonymous measurement of how the site performs.

Browsers allow you to refuse or erase cookies. Refusing the essential ones will prevent you from signing in.

Protecting it

Traffic is encrypted in transit and stored data sits behind access controls limited to staff who require it.

Absolute security is not something any service can honestly guarantee. Should an incident affect your information, we will notify you.

Exercising your rights

You are entitled to request a copy of your information, to have inaccuracies corrected, and to have it erased.

Account deletion is available to you directly from your settings at any moment.

Requests can be sent to the contact address at the foot of this page and will be answered promptly.

Minimum age

Use of this service is restricted to adults aged 18 or over. We neither target nor knowingly gather information from minors, and any such information found is deleted.

Revisions

Updated versions of this policy are published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

Session recording

Visits to this site are recorded for analysis: which pages were opened, pointer movement, clicks, scroll depth and duration. What is stored is a reconstruction of the page rather than a capture of your screen, and it extends no further than this site.

Form input is masked in the browser before anything is transmitted, and each recording is associated with a random identifier, never with a name or an email address.

Stored recordings expire automatically after a limited period. Enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser prevents them being made, as does blocking the analytics subdomain.
